Position: Facilities Engineer

Description: Will direct the activities of the maintenance department to ensure that all plant equipment is maintained and repaired with minimum downtime. This includes scheduling preventative maintenance for all machines and making sure scheduling is executed.

Position: Initial License Trainee/Senior Reactor Operator

Description: Will attend initial certification class to attain their Senior Reactor Operator License from the NRC. Upon certification they will be fully licensed to supervise the operations of the reactor control room.

Compensation: During initial license training – $139K base salary, $15K sign-on bonus, $10K in training milestone achievement bonuses and relocation package. After obtaining SRO license – total compensation up to $191,000 per year, including a 15% annual incentive bonus and extended hours pay at 1.5 times the base salary (expressed on an hourly basis) involving mandated operation shift coverage.
